At first, I thought possibly original Dover but bell sounds more like Westinghouse to me. These have been modded by ThyssenKrupp. This is located in Greenville, NC right near the Hampton Inn. First elevator has blue light around the fixture button but call station and 2nd elevator has red light around the fixture button.
